Worldwide shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Estimated delivery times are 1 to 7 business days from when the order is shipped. Some destinations are subject to legal restrictions and/or shipping carrier limitations. For now, we do not ship to North Korea, Iran, Syria, and Crimea.

Please refer below the rates and estimated transit times for our domestic and international destinations. During high season and sale periods, delivery may take a little longer. Delivery may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.

Custom and import charges

Your orders may be subjected to import taxes, custom duties and/or fees levied by the Customs authorities. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient at the point of delivery. We do not compensate these charges. Your original delivery estimates may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures.

Delivery options

We will choose the best shipping courier and method based on your delivery address. We may offer different types of shipping methods in the future.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

If your address is unattended at the time of delivery

Your parcel will be transferred to the nearest post office for collection within 7 business days. All unclaimed deliveries are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 4 weeks.

Tracking orders

When your order is ready for delivery, an email would be sent to you with the delivery details. Depending on the shipping provider used to ship your order, you may be able to track your order online using the tracking information.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Our shipping providers only accept shipments to a valid street address.

Multiple packages

We try, where possible, to consolidate products in your order into a single package when we ship them out. When we do ship in multiple packages, they may arrive separately but you should still receive your entire order within the estimated delivery date.

Order / Payment

Order cancellation and amendments

We are unable to cancel or make any amendments after your order is placed. Amendments may include but are not limited to change of delivery address, changes to colours and sizes, adding or removing items, applying discounts, full order cancellations. Please ensure all details are correct at the time of order placement.

Return / refund policy

Because of the nature of print on demand, products are produced to order and are therefore non-refundable.

We are not responsible for any consumer-generated mistakes, errors or defects that include but not exclusive to spelling, typographical or grammatical errors, dark images, poor image quality from low resolution images, order quantity or other ordering errors. Please be sure to preview your orders carefully before placing your order.

According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, therefore Kara Prints reserves the rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

Any claims due to manufacturing error and printing issues must be submitted within 7 business days after the product has been received. Please send an email to support@karaprints.com with:
– Photos of the defect taken at different angles
– Your full name, order number and description of the defect
We may request for the item/s to be returned to our production facility. The item/s should be unused, unwashed and unworn in its original condition and you must return it in the certain time frame you will be advised to return within.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted via email to support@karaprints.com no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.


All prices are listed and payments processed in US dollars.

If your bank account is set in any other currency, charges are being processed in accordance with the exchange rates provided by your bank.

Payment options

We accept PayPal and/or all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express for those without a Paypal account. All cards payments are processed on PayPal servers.

At this time, we do not accept payment via bank transfer, cheque or money order.

International transaction fee

Some banks may apply a percentage fee for a cross border charge as Paypal is based overseas. There are a number of credit cards which are exempt from this and we advise you to check with your bank to confirm.

Secure payment facility

We use PayPal to process your payments. Your details are transmitted via secure connection directly to PayPal and at no time your payment details are stored with us. Please make sure the little padlock icon, to the left of the web address, is showing on your browser.

Production / Printing

Turnaround time

Please allow 15 – 25 business days.

Processing and printing time (production time) is counted from the time your order is processed to the time it leaves our production facility. Production time can be affected by current production levels and seasonal variances.

Orders are processed only after payment is received.

My product looks different than the mockup

Product mockups you see on our website are digital renderings of files, and are not guarantees of final products.

What can I print

You can print anything as long as it does not infringe on the intellectual property of others and violate any law, rule or regulation.

Kara Prints reserves the right to cancel any order that contains content that it determines in it sole discretion is prohibited content, such as but not limited to:
– child exploitation
– harassment, bullying, defamation, threats
– hateful content
– illegal activities
– personal and confidential information

You will be liable for any administration fees arising from the cancellation.

My product smell

Certain products such as, but not limited to, t-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts may have slight odours due to the pretreatment and curing process. This is totally normal and will disappear after a wash or two.

White ink

We don’t print white ink (on some products). The colour of the fabric will show through these white areas.
